• The Magic of Wet Finishing: Unlock the true character of your fibers. Learn the proper techniques for washing, fulling, and perhaps felting your finished fabric. Learn how to approach the wet finishing based upon fiber content such as cotton, linen, wool, and even our modern man-made fibers. 
• Flawless Hems & Stable Edges: Say goodbye to unruly edges! Using a pre-woven sampler, you’ll practice our tricks for a perfectly even rolled hem and master decorative fringe finishes.
• Finishing for the Fabric: Learn how to plan your finishes based upon structure to create elegant and durable edge finishes like Damascus, Philippine, and overhand knot protectors.
• Fabulous Fringes: Transform your fringe from an afterthought into a stunning design element. We’ll dive into a variety of advanced techniques, including:
  • 3, 4, and 5-strand flat braids
  • Perfectly balanced twisted fringe
  • Decorative sennit and square knots
  • Weaver-friendly macrame techniques
