Class Cancellation Policy

We have a 45 day refund policy for all class registrations because life just happens. If you need to cancel and it's more that 45 days from the start date of said class, we can offer you a full refund. If you need to cancel within 30 days from the class start date AND we are able to fill seat, we can offer a 75% refund.

Retail Store Returns

You may return yarn that has not been opened with your receipt for a refund or exchange. Books and equipment are all final sales and not returnable.
